Welcome to Himal Mantra! By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payment:
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment can be done 3 days prior to departure.
  1. Changes and Amendments:
  • We reserve the right to change or amend the tour itinerary, accommodation, or other details before or during the tour. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
  • If a significant change is made to the tour, you may choose to accept the change, transfer to another tour (subject to availability), or receive a full refund.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation charges are determined based on the number of days prior to departure as follows:
    • Over 31 days: Administration Charge of Rs₹4000
    • 16 – 30 days: 25% of package value
    • 08 – 15 days: 50% of package value
    • 07 days or less: 100% of package value
  • Cancellation by the company due to insufficient group members or unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of the tour value.
  1. Travel Documents:
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
  • The tour company will not be held liable for any traveler being refused entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  1. Liability:
  • The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities, or airport closure.
  1. Behavior:
  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and traditions.
  • The tour company reserves the right to expel any traveler from the tour for disruptive or unlawful behavior, with no refund.
  1. Complaints:
  • Any complaints or issues should be raised with the tour company as soon as possible during the tour, so that they can be addressed promptly.
  • The tour company will endeavor to resolve any complaints in a fair and timely manner.

By booking a tour with the company, you agree to these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.3
