Over 31 days prior to departure: Administration Charge of Rs 3,500
16 – 30 days prior to departure: 25% of package value
08 – 15 days prior to departure: 50% of package value
07 days or less prior to departure: 100% of package value
Cancellation by Us:
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient group members or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the tour value will be issued, within 7 to 10 workings days to the original payment method used.
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday for reasons such as war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities, or airport closure. If such circumstances arise, we will promptly inform you and offer an alternative holiday of comparable standard or provide a refund after deducting expenses incurred for permit, hotel, and vehicle bookings. A detailed expense breakdown will be provided for insurance claims. However, we assume no other liability in such cases.
Refund:
No refund will be provided to any tour member in case of an incomplete tour, trek, or expedition for any reason.
Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering medical emergencies, natural calamities, helicopter evacuation, personal accidents, trip cancellations, etc.
Tour Prices:
Rates are quoted in US Dollars, unless stated otherwise, based on exchange rates at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unavoidable circumstances or external factors beyond our control, such as changes in exchange rates, increased airfare, transport costs, hotel rates, and government taxes.
During the Tour:
The guide representing Mantra Abroad Holidays holds authority during the tour. Any unlawful act committed by you will result in your expulsion from the tour with no refund.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or property, even if carried by porters, ponies, or vehicles. Your personal possessions and luggage are at your own risk at all times.
